We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you, providing information to our clients and marketing. We may also use your Personal Information to help us create, develop, deliver, protect and improve our Services, content and customer communication. We cannot match individuals to the information provided to Google Analytics.

We may from time to time link to other Websites outside of the control of Ampletech. These linked sites are not under our direct control or review and we cannot accept any liability for the contents and conduct for the Company’s linked to our Website.
We will not decline any legal request issued by any government institution or organisation to access any information, data, images or files held by Ampletech which may include your Personal Information. Apart from where you have consented or disclosure is necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was submitted, personal information may be disclosed in special situations where we have reason to believe that doing so is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against anyone damaging, injuring, or interfering (intentionally or unintentionally) with our rights or property, users, or anyone else who could be harmed by such activities. When your Personal Information is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify your Personal Information. However, most of the Personal Information is or will be stored in client files which will be kept by us for a minimum of 7 years.
Credit Card information is stored in accordance with Stripe’s privacy policy and terms and is stored as an encrypted Stripe Token.
Access to your Personal Information
You may access the Personal Information through your Account that we hold about you and to update and/or correct it, subject to certain exceptions.

We will endeavour to deal with all requests regarding personal information expediently and amend any data that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. While we try to return any requests for Personal Information access expediently, requests for large volumes of data or information that has been archived for some time may require further time before we can provide the requested information.
We may lawfully refuse to give access to personal information in some circumstances. This includes circumstances where providing access would:

Ampletech extends the same privacy protection to your personal information whether obtained via cookies or from other sources.
