Mission Sydney is Sydney’s first mechanical room escape game and by far the most popular and highly reviewed room escape game in Australia and those that visit Sydney.

Featured in Timeout, Morty, CityHub and TripAdvisor, Mission Sydney offers an unrivalled room escape experience that immerses you into its fictional world.

The Challenge

With Mission Sydney expanding its service offering, there was a need to refresh the brand to reflect the growing number of venues as well as educating the players on the type of room escape that would best suit their skill levels.

Additionally, with the growing pains of venues, bookings had to be streamlined to allow for easier user management and payment facilities to help fuel the expansion efforts.

The Solution

A well optimised site with all the right technical implementations coupled with on page SEO tweaks out of the gate meant the transition from the old site to new site gave Mission Sydney a much needed organic boost on key “room escape” keywords.

The Bookeo booking system allowed payments and bookings to be taken online, integrating via API with a custom waiver system to enhance the onboarding experience.
